„The photos of the house were very flattering. The place was tired. There was a dehumidifier running when we arrived. After we turned it off we noticed a distinct smell of damp, hence the need for the dehumidifier. There was only one electrical socket in the lounge and one in each of the bedrooms, which lamps were plugged into. The socket in the 2nd bedroom was coming away from the wall.
