„We had a wonderful week at High Tide! We stayed with four couples, and the house was a perfect fit for us all, plenty of space, comfortable gathering areas, and fantastic beach access. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The beach and the views were spectacular!The only downside was the downstairs bedroom mattress, which wasn’t very comfortable, but moving upstairs to the fourth bedroom ...

„This is our second year staying at the Bridgewater Property. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need for a beach stay. Beach chairs and umbrella and sand toys all in working order. Kitchen had everything needed, deck had five high chairs and a great view. Everything was clean and tidy. It was clean, beautiful and convenient to anywhere in Pawleys island. We definitely recommend staying here. Just be prepared to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. We love Litchfield by the Sea Resort and the Marshside Villa was perfect! close to the beach, within walking distance of the fishing ponds and even had a pool (in addition to the resort pool/lazy river). The accommodations were clean and as described. It is so hard to find 3 bedrooms without twin beds. This was perfect!! Will definitely stay again. “
