Inside, high ceilings and an oversized skylight bring natural light deep into the apartment, giving the living and dining areas an airy feel throughout the day. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV for slower evenings in, while the adjoining kitchenette keeps mornings and wine-country downtime easy with generous counter space, a microwave, wine refrigerator, sink, and glassware for coffee, snacks, and simple bites. A dining table gives four guests a proper place to gather over breakfast, takeout from downstairs, or a bottle picked up during the day’s tastings.

Two queen bedrooms keep the sleeping setup straightforward and comfortable. Both feature Saatva mattresses and blackout curtains for restful nights, while one bedroom adds its own makeup table for getting ready before dinner or a day of wine tasting. One modern bathroom serves the apartment.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
