Managerin Rossana war nicht nur sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern war auch außerhalb der persönlichen Begegnung immer per WhatsApp erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und uns vor dem Rückflug einen sehr günstigen und zuverlässigen Flughafentransfer organisiert, als wir merkten, wie schwierig es in Palermo sein kann, ein reguläres Taxi zu bekommen. Sie hat wirklich viel, viel Dank verdient!“

Ingen personal i receptionen men går att nå via WhatsApp. Badkar inne i sovrummet men mer snyggt än praktiskt. Kaffemaskin på rummet men vår funkade inte trots att de försökte laga den. „Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊“
