„I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate ...

The only issue was we received multiple calls during our stay for exceeding a noise meter, even when we were just sitting around talking at a normal volume as a group, so the owners might just have to fix the meter. No big deal. Would definitely stay here again“
