Costa Del Sol is a gated community with 24 hour security and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. The community features a dual resort style pool, lighted tennis court and green space. Paved roads from the costanera and throughout the neighborhood along with great neighbors and security make this a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes or the family to take an evening walk.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES: There will be no additional charge if your usage is less than 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring that air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or outside the house. We will take a meter reading at check-in and another at check-out. Any use greater than 40 KWh per day will be charged $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Guarantee Deposit claim procedure.

The beach is a short five minute walk but a car is recommended to take advantage of all of the activities and sites in the area.
