Stattdessen mussten wir ca 40min mit einer Dame telefonieren, bis wir auf den Grund gekommen sind, warum wir keinen Zugangscode bekommen haben.(sehr mühsame Komunikation) Das ganze Prozedere ist uns bei unseren Aufenthalt mehrmals aufgefallen, dass es Probleme beim Check in gibt! „Nice place, 5 minutes walking distance from the subway, near the Rayo Vallecano stadium (for the ones who like the Spanish soccer league). Communication with the property management is not that simple neither fast since they use an automated phone system. Also they should leave a blanket and more pillows available. Otherwise everything else is great there! I recommend “

„We loved our stay, the apartment was a great value, not to far from the action at a moderate price. It was easy to move around there's public transportation but we preferred cabs. The room was clean and functional and has groceries, and restaurants close by. “
