„Delightful hotel with great location and kind staff“

„Saavi is a stunning 9-room boutique hotel in La Condesa, and our stay was fantastic from start to finish. If you're into luxe boutique hotels with great service, this is the spot. The design is beautiful with floor-to-ceiling doors that open up to great views and a breeze, tons of storage, and a gorgeous large bathroom. Le Labo and Summer Fridays products in the bathroom were a nice touch. With only two rooms per floor, you never have to wait for an elevator, which is such a nice perk of a ...

„We loved this hotel! We were blown away by the warm staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt at home right away on our large, immaculate, cozy 2 bedroom suite with comfy beds, equipped with everything we could need. The housekeeping staff kept the suite perfectly clean. We had massages in the room - one of the best ones I have ever had. The neighborhood was so beautiful and calm with many restaurants around the corner and a Walmart Express grocery store a few blocks away. ...

„Amazing hotel! It’s quiet yet in walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Condesa. Plus your 15-30 minute Uber from pretty much everything in Mexico City. The staff are super friendly and responsive to guest needs. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to come to CDMX. We’d stay here again the next time…“

„No hay mejor lugar para disfrutar de una estancia de lujo en esta zona. Las habitaciones perfectas, el desayuno delicioso y la atención del personal excelente. Totalmente recomendable!“

„Absolutely perfect stay in CDMX, Roi and every staff member was exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough. The property is beautiful and in a perfect spot to walk places and also have easy access to go to larger tourist sites. Roi also helped us get a tour to the pyramids and our guide Francisco was so lovely and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to come back!“

„Happy to have stayed there“

„Großartige Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage, sehr hilfreiches Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder.“

„We stayed in a ground-floor room with a king bed, which was very convenient for getting in and out of the hotel. The staff were wonderful and always willing to accommodate our needs. The restaurant, Calma, served an excellent breakfast. This is a boutique-style hotel, so the rooms may not have the bright lighting you would expect in a five-star hotel. However, when we requested a room with better lighting, the staff were happy to accommodate us. The highlight of our stay was the exceptionally ...

„The hotel was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, good location, great food, beautiful roof top restaurant, excellent customer service especially Jerek.“

„We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Condesa. Communication was excellent from start to finish—always friendly, reliable, and straightforward. Due to some damage, we had to move to another apartment during our stay. The move was handled with great care and flexibility, entirely to our satisfaction and at no additional cost to us. Thank you for making everything so easy and taking such good care of us! We’re happy to recommend the apartment and would love to come back!“

„Best Hotel Experience Ever! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We travel at least 2–3 times a year, and this has by far been our best hotel experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the customer service and attention to detail were outstanding. The location was perfect, and the value for the money was excellent. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for ...

„Everything from the location to the staff was lovely. An overall excellent space with lots to do around and having laundry access was very helpful when it came to packing lighter. The only downside was because our room was on the bottom floor, there was a slight lingering musty smell; which due to the humidity and being on the bottom level. Wasn't a major deal for my stay but could be for others. All in all, would recommend and return.“
