Villa Kyma is a spacious, light-filled villa arranged over several levels, with sea and mountain views, generous outdoor areas and a layout that gives everyone their own space.

- Living areas -
The ground level opens onto a living room with a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, with direct access to a terrace with a dining area and sea view. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and stools, and opens onto a patio with a plunge pool and a seating area. A guest WC is also on this level.

- Bedrooms -
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have an en suite shower room.

. Mezzanine: double bedroom with a balcony and sea view, plus mountain views.

. Upper level: double bedroom with a built-in double bed, a balcony, mountain views and partial sea views.

. Lower level: double bedroom with a built-in double bed and a built-in sofa that can accommodate a child, with a side terrace and garden view.

. Lower ground level: a double bedroom with a built-in double bed and two built-in sofas that can accommodate two children, with access to a side terrace and garden view.

- Lower ground level -
A lounge area (air-conditioned) and a studio with a private entrance, an open-plan kitchen, a fireplace and a dining area. The studio suits older children, friends traveling together or guests who like extra independence.

- Outdoors -
The 14 m x 4.5 m swimming pool is the centerpiece, with an additional small plunge pool at the back of the villa. You’ll find sunbeds, umbrellas, lounge and seating areas, a shaded dining area and a BBQ, so you can eat, swim and relax outside from morning to evening.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
