„Check in information was not given until we were in the driveway at check in time. The neighborhood was not what we expected. The house was clean. The beds were not comfortable. It would have been nice to have the basics like body wash and an iron.“

„Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! “

„The pool was clean and excellent, but there was a constant hum and drone likely related to cleaning and heating that be experienced through most of the house. The space was excellent in amount and distribution , but the furnishings were not quite up to the same level of quality. Beds are soft/not especially comfortable . The furniture for sitting was too low or too high and somewhat wobbly at outside counter. The shades were ineffective for keeping light out. Exceptionally clean with rare bug ...

„Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.“
