Finde Park von Shimoda Hotels

„House beach very close, transport connections are not quite optimal.“

„Wonderful stay at a quiet hotel in Shimoda. A little dated and a little far away from the main town but beautiful views, helpful and friendly staff and an amazing ocean view onsen. My partner and I got a traditional Japanese room which was very spacious and comfortable.“

„This accommodation was one of my favorite in japan. The seaview from the room is amazing as well as the onsen. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the employees were extremly friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.“

„Pro: View from the Room; Directly at the beach. Con: Overpriced for the torn hotel (old mattresses, worn out carpets, heavily used furniture; Looks like out of the 1980s not renovated since then. You have to pay between 3000-6000yen for the half day rental of the sunchairs/beds with umbrellas. If you want to use the pool after 05:00pm you pay another 1000yen per person. “

„Beautiful traditional property.“

„Staff was very helpful getting to and from the nearest train station. The hotel, onsen, and rooms are very well maintained. The breakfast is fantastic with a great view.“
