„This was our first time visiting PEI. The cottage was all we had hoped for and more. Very clean had all we needed to stay for the week. The land is beautiful. great view ,so peaceful.. Kathy was the best,there if we needed anything., Great communication. Highly recommend staying here. Til next time . Will remember our visit forever.“

„The cottage was nice and clean. It was in the perfect location for our day trips, and very close to North Rustico. I gave 2 star for listing accuracy, as we thought was on a beach spot and could kayak right from the cottage. This was not the case. There is no direct access to the bay, a staircase to the waterfront is quite ways away. This was a big seeking point to booking this cottage and was a disappointment. Could use some extras, such as grab bar for shower, or games/puzzles. Washer and ...

„The picture looks better than the actual. Door was made of planks. Floor shook and gave impression the cabin base was unstable. Porch boards broken. Dishes/cutlery/utensils would not be acceptable at a garage sale. Internet was sporadic. Bathroom was updated and clean - a big plus. Host was gracious in response to our visit cut short by Fiona storm. “

„We are very happy with our experience at this vacation home. The cabin is cozy with some modern upgrades, such as new windows, heat pump and a nice little bathroom. It is genuinely minutes away from all the sites and beaches (and restaurants!) in the area. We were thrilled with the ability to bring our two small dogs with us. „The cottage Sanfpiper was okay but it was situated just 2 meters away to a very busy and noisy main street. This was NOT mentionned on the published offer. Furthermore we never got any feedback on our questions. No communication at all; this is an inapropriate way to deal with problems. We don‘t recommend the Avonlea Forest Hill Cottages. Sorry but we are disappointed. “
