The open-concept great room seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living area, ensuring everyone can gather together. Relax on the cozy sectional with swivel chairs in front of the 85" Smart TV or gather around the living area for apres-ski stories or game nights. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous stone countertops and wrap around kitchen bar seating six. Additional dining table for 6 ensures everyone has a seat.



Step outside to one of the four decks and take in terrific views of the mountains and Old Town Park City. Here, an outdoor table with a warming fire feature and a convenient BBQ awaits your outdoor entertainment. After a day on the mountain, a private hot tub awaits you!



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite) - The main bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a Smart TV, with an en-suite step in shower and soaking tub. Access the private patio for fresh mountain air. This bedroom is located one level down from the entry level of the home.

Bedroom 2 - The second guest bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with an easy walk-in shower. The bedroom is located on the entry level of the home, below the kitchen and living space.

Bedroom 3 - This bedroom has a Queen-size bed, Smart TV and private bathroom with an easy walk-in shower. This room also has a private deck. Venture outside to the soothing hot tub. This room is located one level down from entry level.

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level) - Located in the lowest level of the house, this large bedroom has 2 Double size beds and Smart TV.

All bedrooms feature warm duvets and luxury 400-thread-count linens and oversized pillows.

Air Conditioning: This home has partial A/C. The upper two levels of the home have AC, which easily control the temperatures throughout the home. You may notice there are no air vents on the bottom floor-this is by design! To keep you perfectly comfortable year-round, the lower level features luxurious radiant floor heating for cozy, draft-free warmth in the winter, and it stays naturally cool during the summer. The upper two floors are fully equipped with traditional vents for central air conditioning and heating, ensuring the entire home is always the perfect temperature.
