A grand stone fireplace serves as the centerpiece, complemented by vaulted ceilings and elegant hardwood floors. The seamless transition from indoor to outdoor space is highlighted by expansive decks and patios, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.

To your right, the gourmet kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry, and a spacious island with bar seating. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area offers panoramic views, creating an inviting atmosphere for memorable meals. The main level also includes a cozy family room with a second fireplace, providing an intimate space for gatherings.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find a state-of-the-art home theater, a fully equipped fitness center, and a climate-controlled wine cellar. The main suite, located on the main level, features a luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Five additional bedrooms, each with ensuites, are thoughtfully designed to accommodate family and guests, ensuring privacy and comfort.

This home offers direct ski-in/out access to Deer Valley Resort, allowing you to step onto the slopes from your private ski room equipped with custom storage and boot warmers.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 6.
- The garage provides 3 parking spaces, and the driveway offers an additional 2-3 spaces.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
