Perfectly situated just steps from the Silver Star Lift (we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation) and adjacent to the Park City Golf Course (transformed into serene cross-country ski trails in winter), Payday Piste Condo offers unbeatable ski access and breathtaking mountain views. Whether you’re here for a family ski vacation, a holiday gathering, or a relaxing winter retreat, this home has everything you need to make lasting memories.

Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-concept living space designed for comfort and connection. Cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes, stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or gather around for a board game night filled with laughter. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing hearty breakfasts or après-ski dinners a joy, while the spacious dining area invites everyone to share a meal and good conversation.

With three luxurious king bedrooms, each featuring a flat-screen TV and plush bedding, plus a loft with four twin beds, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to unwind. After a day of skiing or snowboarding, step out onto your private balcony to soak in the hot tub, surrounded by crisp mountain air and softly falling snow—a true winter luxury.

From your front door, the Silver Star Lift is just steps away, making it easy to hit the slopes each morning (we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation). After your mountain adventures, take the free shuttle to Historic Main Street, where you’ll find Park City’s best dining, boutique shopping, art galleries, and après-ski nightlife.

• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Very CONVENIENT Location

This property couldn't be more convenient to the ski lifts!! We loved how quickly and easily we could get to the mountain each day with no traffic!! The condo was well furnished and the staff at Stay Luxe reached out and was available to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo in the perfect location. You’re able to take a short walk to a lift on the mountain and better yet you’re one quick bus stop away from the main park city lodge. House was clean and as described, would recommend to this rental to anyone else looking for a good spot close to the mountain and with quick access to downtown park city.

We enjoyed the location to town and the slopes. There was plenty of space for 7. The hot tub was enjoyed after a long day of skiing. The kitchen is also well equipped if you want to cook and just stay in and relax. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

Had booked reservations several months in advance to celebrate a birthday weekend and host was great about keeping me updated on upcoming reservations and when time got closer made sure everything we needed was done and Bo messaged us personally to welcome us before our arrival and stayed in communication with all our needs and concerns. Location was great and the family enjoyed their time at property, we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again

Nice play and nice stay but some pictures were kind of a catfish

We really enjoyed the king sized beds, the space, the amenities, and the diligence of the pre check in check list. The beds and blankets are AMAZING. The property does not have AC as listed on the ad but they have a ton of portable AC’s that do the job. Lots of stairs so maybe not the best for anybody with mobile disabilities. Great location! Great design. Late checkout is an option which is amazing. Amazing hot tub! However, I think the pictures make this property look a lot nicer than it is. Don’t get me wrong, it is VERY nice! Just not exactly as the pictures. I expected it to be a bit bigger, it feels a little old. We thought it was going to be a newer place based off the pictures (which was fine) it’s decorated super modern tho! Overall, the place was great. The downside is that you cant contact the property management on the weekend if you need anything. We paid 116 extra for a late check out and the property management did not communicate it to the owner so our door code for changed and we were locked out with all of our stuff inside. An emergency number isn’t listed anywhere, I had to call 5 different numbers until I was able to contact the owner and he fixed it right away. Kind of frustrating for paying so much extra.

Great stay!

Beau and Heather were fantastic hosts and made for a great stay. They helped me arrange shipment of luggage on the front end, delivered it to the unit, and made sure our group had a great stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to ski lifts. We stayed with 3 couples and 2 babies and thought it was a great size. Overall, two thumbs up!

Winter wonderland

Communication was great, check in and check out was a breeze, hot tube was awesome, kitchen was well stocked for cooking (pots, pans, knives, etc) We had a few issues at check in but Beau and Heather jumped right on it to make sure we were well taken care of. Overall good experience

Road Trip to Utah

Place was cute, plenty of beds! It’s obviously not a hotel, not everything is perfect, especially during these “COVID” times. We did have a few hiccups, but management was 100 percent easy to communicate with which made things run smoothly.
