Payday 183 is a spacious, well-appointed Park City vacation rental that combines mountain warmth with an unbeatable location — a four-season retreat for families and groups who want room to spread out and easy access to Park City Mountain Resort. At 1,476 square feet across three bedrooms, a loft, and four bathrooms, this multi-level townhome sleeps up to 8 guests.

The main level sets a welcoming tone with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows framing mountain and greenery views, and an open-concept layout connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. A gas fireplace with built-in shelving anchors the living room, while the dining area seats the full group beneath large windows that bring the outdoors in. The kitchen features knotty pine cabinetry, stainless appliances, and an island with bar seating — a practical, inviting setup for group meals.

The sleeping configuration spreads comfortably across multiple levels. The main-level primary suite offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second-level bedroom provides a queen bed with its own en suite bathroom and walk-in shower. An enclosed loft bedroom above the primary suite offers two twin beds in a tucked-away setting, and a top-level loft provides two additional twin beds — a flexible, family-friendly layout that works well for multigenerational groups or families with children of varying ages.

Step outside to the private deck and unwind in your own outdoor hot tub surrounded by mature trees and open views — equally inviting after a powder day or a summer evening under the stars. A private in-unit washer and dryer adds practical convenience, and parking for one vehicle is included with a valid pass. Payday 183 sits directly across from the Silver Star Lift at Park City Mountain Resort, with access to the cross-country ski trail and the free Park City bus system just steps away — placing guests within easy reach of local restaurants and shops in Park City, Utah. Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away.

Please note that Payday 183 is currently undergoing a full renovation in summer 2026. Updated photos will be available once the remodel is complete; bookings during and after the renovation period will reflect the refreshed interior.

Payday 183 is a non-smoking, pet-free property available year-round for nightly rentals. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged with our Guest Services office, based on availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice. We look forward to hosting you.
