Flagstaff Lodge, located in Empire Pass, is just a ten-minute drive from Park

City’s Historic Main Street. Overlooking the Wasatch Mountains and situated

directly beside the Silver Strike chairlift, it offers effortless ski-in/ski-

out access to Deer Valley’s world-class terrain. Guests enjoy upscale

amenities including a game room, fitness center, community hot tub, and daily

happy hour in the building with food, drinks, and occasional live music—open

to both owners and renters.



Unit 208 is a bright, corner residence full of rustic mountain charm, enhanced

by beamed ceilings, tasteful new artwork, and abundant natural light from

double exposure windows. The spacious open-concept layout includes a brand-new

half bath with bright lighting, a newly upgraded dining table that seats eight

or more, and a welcoming living area with a large new TV and fireplace. The

fully stocked kitchen features everything needed for home-cooked meals, and

the attached deck includes a grill and new (soon arriving) patio

seating—perfect for taking in the stunning views.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, fireplace, and

luxurious en suite bath with a jetted tub. The second bedroom includes two

twin bunk beds—each with its own working TV—plus an en suite bathroom with a

tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV,

dresser, and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. All bedroom and bathroom TVs

have been updated with Roku devices for streaming convenience.



This unit offers exceptional convenience with direct walk-out access to the

hot tub and fire pit—no elevator needed. Guests also benefit from immediate

access to the ski lockers and can enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows using

the provided sticks located in the kitchen and closet. Flagstaff 208 delivers

a truly elevated mountain lodging experience with comfort, charm, and
