And while tucked-away seclusion comes with this sleepy cul-de-sac location, the restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries of historic Main Street are just a 7-minute drive from your door.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The living room is perfect for big groups, where a crackling fireplace and large couch bring homey comfort. Pull up a seat at the wet bar, play cards around the dining table, watch movies on the 55” TV, or enjoy the fresh alpine air on the wrap-around balcony.

Need even more room to spread out? Head downstairs to a lounge with cozy couches and another 32” TV. This room also doubles as an extra bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed and separate full size bed.

The newly updated well-equipped kitchen on the top level opens to the family room. This upstairs area provides a superb social hub for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Gather around the eight-person dinner table, or enjoy meals at at the kitchen bar with seating for six.

The four bedrooms and lower level living room can sleep up to 13 guests.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. A fourth bedroom offers two bunk beds. The lower level living room has a full size sofa bed as well as a full size bed.

In the evenings, turn on the bubbles and enjoy a soak in the private hot tub beneath starry skies.

Your rental is just a 10-minute walk from Park City MARC (Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center) where the Sundance Festival films are screened. Or catch a free bus ride - the nearest stop is just one block away.

Legendary ski resorts are also just minutes from your door. Hit the slopes at Park City (2 miles away), or head to Deer Valley or The Canyons (both 5 miles away). In warmer months, the ski resorts offer opportunities for stunning mountain hikes, biking, and wind-in-your-hair ziplining.

Historic Main Street is also just 4 miles from your door. Check out boutique shops or explore art galleries showcasing work from renowned artists. Then grab a table at a gourmet restaurant, chill out in a pub, or stay up late and soak up Main Street’s nightlife!

The Garage Door Opener Deposit (listed as Property Fee) will be refunded upon checkout/the opener being left in the home.
