Ski Access: Ski Out - To access skiing from the house, walk from garage down driveway and down to the Flatiron Chairlift. From garage it is about 120 yards. If the chairlift is not yet open at the beginning of the season there is a shuttle van parked, where the entrance to lift is on road.
