While offering a cozy sitting area for small gatherings and scenic views, it also boasts a formal dining area with seating for ten and a living space that exudes warmth with its stunning floor-to-ceiling stack stone gas fireplace and generous smart TV. Luxury abounds in the chef-style kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, a Jura Coffee System, a grand island with seating for three, and a bar offering additional seating for four.
Then, when it's time to take care of practical matters, you'll appreciate the spacious laundry room just off the kitchen as well as the mudroom adjacent to the heated two-car garage, complete with custom equipment lockers and benches, making entry and exit easy and convenient.

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
4) Rental guests will have access to only the following Promontory Conservancy amenities: hiking trails, Saddleback Lake & amphitheater, tubing hill, Mountain Garden Pond & soccer field, and bocce ball park.
