One of my favorite things about the stay was meeting with Beau (SP?) right when we checked in. He showed us all of the important things about the house in a super friendly and helpful way. We had to contact Beau a couple of times throughout our stay and he was always easy to contact and helpful with a great demeanor. I was impressed with StayLuxe because you could tell they cared about customer service. The house was clean and well stocked. One thing we loved was the kitchen. It had a huge fridge and plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware. We had a full house and there were dishes for everyone without us having to hurry and wash them right away for the next meal. I also liked that they had plastic glasses for the patio and hot tub. The rooms were very nice, with their own bath, and the beds were comfy. The game basement was awesome! Great job!"

For the days where the weather cooperated (UT in Winter is always a gamble) the view was spectacular. Having a spot in the hot tub looking at the Wasatch Back isn't something we'll forget soon. There were a few issues with the smart home, lighting, and fireplace while we stayed there. StayLux was on top of them immediately and sent someone over same day to resolve. We absolutely loved the place, the location, and the service. We'll be back for another stay."
IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
