First of all, I was disappointed that the bunk beds are in the living room, that was not very clear. But I would not have said anything. Typically I am thankful and happy for places to stay. However this place was looked to have what we thought was a locked linen closet like you see in most vRBO establishments. I had to leave early and my wife and kids were staying one more night. At 10:30 a person walks out of what we believe to be a linen closet into the apartment. They rushed back into the closet and it was the. Locked. It so happens that it was stairs to the upstairs apartment, but did not look like it. We called the management and they could not get ahold of their management team. They could not change the code they could not help my wife and kids assuring safety. We kept getting messages back that our safety was their highest concern. But zero results. Even after a 30 min phone call with them we still had no solution. Causing my wife and children to pack up and leave the place at midnight. I told them I wanted compensation on Saturday night and now it is Tuesday without 1 word. No remorse no financial compensation, nothing. So I am leaving this review because of the lack of communication and doing what is right by your tenants.
