The Neighborhood:

Centrally located condominium with access to world class skiing, Sundance Film Festival, Utah Olympic Park, historic downtown Park City, world class golf, tennis, PCMR Alpine slide and zip line, river rafting, fly fishing, plus restaurants, shopping and many other attractions.

The condominium unit does not have fitness facilities, however, just around the corner is Basin Recreation Center which is a 87,000 sq ft athletic center that has workout equipment, lap pools and hot tubs. Daily and multi-punch passes as well as military rates are available. Check for current pricing.

Park City transit provides free bus and shuttle service to all major ski resorts, downtown Park City and the outlet malls. In addition there is the Kimball Junction Circulator which is a flag-down service for the immediate Newpark area. All bus, Park City trolley and Circulator routes are available on the MyStop app.

Awesome property

We had a great stay at this property and felt very welcomed by the very helpful staff at PMI. Very comfortable to stay in, great views, and plenty of excellent restaurants a short walk away. The free bus network allows you to get around Kimball Junction easily and to the base of Park City, Canyons or Deer Valley. Highly Recommend.

Great condo, great location

We love staying in this part of Kimball Junction when we go for our son's competitions at the Olympic Training Center. This unit is in a perfect location with tons within walking distance. It's clean, comfortable and the kitchen includes the little things that make it easy to cook a meal away from home (especially condiments, tea and coffee). Will definitely stay again.

We had stayed in this area last year for Sundance. Its a great location for going to films in Park City and easy to drive down to Salt Lake City as well. At night its a little challenging to read numbers in dark but all the entry codes worked and it was fine. The condo was well equipped with a huge bathtub and washer/dryer etc..View of moubtains. We were very satisfied!

This is a great condo in an ideal location!!! Very convenient to shopping and many diverse restaurants within walking distance. There is a beautiful biking and walking trail right out back of the condo. This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. The hosts are very kind, gracious and helpful!!

Perfect Stay

This property was clean as a whistle, conveniently located with everything you would need for your stay along with being a 15 minute drive to downtown Park City. The unit is furnished very nicely and minimally, kitchen was stocked and the fireplace was a nice addition, along with the convenience of having a washer & dryer and garage. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future and do hope to return!

Lovely Newport Condo

This was a beautiful condo in an excellent location. There are a number of unique restaurants within walking distance plus a grocery store, movie theatre, shopping and ice cream parlors.Close behind the condo there is a nature preserve with a walking and biking trail. The hosts are great!! We spent three summer months at the condo and plan to return.

We had a wonderful week long stay. Appreciate all the perks- garage door opener! A very chilly week so convenient having garage. Heads up- it’s a very small opening so smaller cars no problem but we had a small suv and had to pull side view mirrors in . 🙃 Loved the comfort of the condo, location Super and views of mountains spectacular. Amazing stay

This condo is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly need. We had two kids in the twin beds aged 7 and 9 and a baby in a portable crib, plus my husband and i. The fireplace was so cozy, the extra large tub was amazing, we drove to the 7-11 and took the free gondola up to park city base camp. Plenty of room. Washer and dryer. Key amenities. Got food from across the street, coffee, all the great stuff. Condo was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could need. Walmart and Smiths extra close for food. Really fantastic location, super great condo. Our baby isn’t walking yet but you’d want a gate if yours is. Really fantastic trip and the condo was close to all the things we wanted and needed. Oh and the kids loved all the board games! We played lots of Scrabble :)

Condo is located 3 miles from the Canyons ski area. Its in a shopping center with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is perfect for four people. Everything you need to cook is available in the kitchen. The only thing it doesn’t have is a bbq grill with would be nice in the summer. We were all very pleased.

New carpeting, well stocked and great beds. The codes providing access to the property were incorrect upon our arrival, and the garage door panel did not work until our last day there. Our entries and departures were much more complicated than they needed to be. A safety bar in the downstairs shower would be a great help.
