Gather around the breakfast nook with seating for five, the breakfast bar with seating for six, or the sizeable dining table with seating for eight while taking in the majestic scenery and atmosphere.

The living room invites you to relax on well-appointed furniture and enjoy the gas-burning fireplace or a show on the smart TV. While the picturesque windows framing Deer Valley Resort tempt you outside on the large front deck with a sitting area and BBQ gas grill.

Guests needn’t worry about who gets the main suite because four out of the five bedrooms offer king-size beds, walk-in closets, deck access, and en suite bathrooms. The kids will love the fifth bedroom which has a colorful twin bunk bed with a slide-out twin trundle bed, a built-in bench, a private deck surrounded by trees, and en suite bathroom.

When staying in, mix and mingle in the second living room on the lower level which offers a wet bar, deck access, and ample room to stretch out on the huge sectional sofa, catch a show on the smart TV, or play games. Off the main level, an amphitheater-like backyard provides privacy and a native landscape that the deer and wildlife love to wander through.

Located less than one mile from Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park base area, it's an easy drive to the slopes and within a 10-minute drive of Park City's charming Main Street. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer set on the lower level and one set on the upper level, an attached two-car garage, ski and equipment storage with a convenient bench just inside the garage door, exercise equipment, and fireplaces with stone surround in three of the suites and both living areas. Additionally, a comfortable office provides a quiet place to plug in or an additional sleeping area and offers a desk, table and chairs, queen sleeper sofa, and shares a 3/4-bathroom with the main living area.
