Welcome to the Lessard Chalet, about 3,500 square feet of mountain living under soaring vaulted wood ceilings, with expansive windows and a wood-burning fireplace at its heart.

The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from Snow Park Lodge during your stay, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. It runs daily from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., and you can request a ride and track it in real time in the Deer Valley Direct app. Snow Park Lodge and Historic Main Street are each a mile away, and the free Park City bus stops 0.3 miles from the home.

With three king rooms, a bunk room and a single room, the chalet suits families and larger groups of up to 12.

The Space

Great Room (Main Level): An open, light-filled space with vaulted wood ceilings, expansive windows, a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV.

Kitchen and Dining (Main Level): A remodeled kitchen with high-end appliances, granite counters, a large island, breakfast bar and a wet bar with wine fridge. The dining table seats eight beside windows looking into the trees.

Game Room (Lower Level): A pool table and extra seating.

Office and Den (Lower Level): A workspace and a futon for extra sleeping.

Outdoor: A private hot tub and a gas grill.

Winter brings door-to-door shuttle rides to Deer Valley and its new Hail Peak terrain for 2026/27, then a fire and the hot tub. Summer means lift-served biking, hiking and outdoor concerts. Discounts apply for stays over 30 days. No parties or events.
