College kids and families

The location of the unit is great. Across the street from the lifts and bus stop in front of lodging to go into downtown Park City. We maxed out unit with 11 people. The unit is comfortable and open. However, the kitchen could use some additional items. The coffee pot did not work when we woke up in the morning and were initially told that we should walk to Starbucks. Also asked about crockpot and we were told that we were not a premium unit. The unit lacked serving bowls and plates and the salad spinner was broken. The knives were so dull they could hardly cut. Kitchen needs some additional items for the amount charged for a week after Christmas. Othwerwise, the lodgings are good for a large group and the pool and hot tub make for a nice way to end day after skiing.

Spacious nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super roomie and spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Beautiful view of the resort and pool area. Only complaint is there is no overnight parking in the huge parking lots. They only give you one parking pass for the parking for the hotel and then you have drive to park any other cars you have at public parking. It was super inconvenient. Other than that it was great.

Great location, unit size but run down and needs a remodel.

Location is great l: walking distance to the slopes. Unit also has plenty of space for large groups. Here are the issues: dishwasher was moldy ( black mold ). Carpet stained through and needs to be replaced. Heaters are like jet engines and most will not be able to sleep with them on. Bathrooms not adequately ventilated (stained ceilings). If the management company put in some money this would be a great place. Not worth the money during high travel season.

Great unit, would stay again

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this spacious unit. Pros: 1. Great views from the large windows/skylights. You can see the mountain and some of the slopes. The courtyard view also very nice. 2. there are actually 3 full bathrooms, despite the listing stating only 2 bathrooms. 3. living room / dining room area is very spacious 4. master bath has a jacuzzi tub 5. decor is beautiful Cons (mostly minor): 1. One master bedroom lamp didn't work 2. master bed is tall, which actually makes getting on/off a little tricky for short people 3. some cosmetic improvements needed for upstairs bathroom I have stayed at Silver King three times over the years, but this is our first time in a 3 bedroom unit. We loved the unit overall. While the building is on the older side, it has great amenities (pool, etc.) and we would definitely rent this place again.

Excellent Stay

Things we loved: size, furnishings, layout, decor, functioning air conditioning, pool and hot tub, friendly staff, building location. Room for improvement (very minor): From booking this on vrbo we knew the rental was professionally managed but we didn’t know about the hotel-style lobby and check in process. Communication on how to check in wasn’t well conveyed before our check in date. Lastly, the kitchen is empty of condiments, spices and other basics such as flour and cooking spray. Perhaps this is because it’s a hotel-style property or perhaps due to Covid. If you need any minor ingredient you will need to purchase it or bring it with you. Overall a great stay and we would be very happy to stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Park City

An extended family of 7 stayed in this wonderful, cozy and conveniently located condo. Everything that we needed was there so we easily cooked all of our breakfasts and dinners. The walk to the lift in the morning was manageable for our young children and the pool and hot tub at the end of the day were perfect. We had a wonderful experience and will for sure go back again to Silver King, hopefully in this same condo!!!

Fantastic location and condo

This was our first time to Park City and we had such a wonderful experience. This condo is in a perfect location to the slopes, especially if you have young children. When the kids were done skiing they played in the pool. Main Street is a mile down the road and the bus takes you right there. The condo was a great size for two families.

Beautiful place and perfect location

Love the location, close to everything and minutes from Main Street. The place was large and we loved playing games and eating at the large table. The upstairs rooms need a better cooling system for summer months and the beds are small if you’re used to king size. We loved the pool!

Silver King

The property was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small children. Front desk help at check in was very helpful. However, the next morning the front desk workers were very rude when I went down to report there was no hot water. They said it was due to a broken part to the boiler and it would be fixed shortly. We had NO HOT WATER the entire day and night and could not bathe the children after a long day outside. The next morning the new front desk worker said there was not a broken part but they had been "testing" the boiler since it had been off for a couple months. I was very angry they lied to us all day the day before and that we were not told in advance that there was not going to be any hot water. We would not have booked here if known.
