"Everything was perfect in Keio Plaza the only negative thing happened to us was a reception personnel/Indian origin was not friendly and not helpful to us and his way was very unprofessional ( I think he is a very wrong place and position)! "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Daiwa Hotel Nishi Shinjuku. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, and having a 7-Eleven conveniently located inside the building made everything incredibly easy. The hotel offers many thoughtful perks, such as free, high-quality cosmetic amenities and complimentary bottled water, which I really appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. There are also plenty of useful rental options available, including adapters and ironing boards, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel provides washing machines as well—perfect for longer visits. My room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, this hotel offers amazing value, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend the Daiwa Hotel Nishi Shinjuku and would definitely stay here again!"

"Angenehm gelegen, sauber, gutes Frühstück. Personal super nett und kann gut Englisch, was mir als alleinreisende Frau ohne große Japanischkenntnisse wichtig war. Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und ausreichend. Kühlschrank vorhanden, Ladekabel und Fön wurden gestellt. Etwas hellhörig (Konnte meinen Nachbarn schnarchen hören, und Flurgespräche konnte man leider deutlich und laut hören. Trotzdem habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen. (Habe jedoch hauptsächlich nur übernachtet.) Es gab Kofferabstellraum für An und Abreise, was praktisch ist. Zahnbürste, Gesichtscreme und Ähnliches wurde vom Hotel gestellt."

"Das Hotel liegt einfach super zentral neben der Takadanobaba Station. Es dauert 15 minuten nach Shibuya etc. Ich finde das Hotel hat ein super Personal und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr einseitig aber ansonsten nur zu empfehlen. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein 24/7 Einkaufsladen und vieles ist mit Fuß erreichbar."

"Returning after a bit more than half a year (went in September 2024 for the first time) felt like coming home :) This is by far the best hotel in the best area of Tokyo - Highly appreciate the superfriendly, polite staff who is always happy to help, how clean and comfy the room is, the amenities, the view from the hotel to Kabukicho, the Godzilla head, when you exit directly into the busting life of Kabukicho, being close to Shinjuku station, so that most targets can be reached easily - just everything :) Next time, for the third time in our second home town, we will surely come back to Gracery ❤️"
