Gut: Sauberkeit, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The location of this flat is excellent. It’s within walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, metro, gardens, hop-on bus, batobus, etc. The flat itself is comfortable and sufficient for 4 adults or a family, with 3 beds and a sofa sleeper in the combined living/kitchen/dining area. Two bathrooms are convenient, but one bathroom is extremely small. Besides the sofa sleeper there is only one chair in the living area and 6 very narrow and uncomfortable stools. There is one small trash can in the kitchen and no trash cans anywhere else in the flat. It was uncomfortably warm when we were there, but the AC units in the flat were not set up. There was also a very large bag of linens just inside the front door that the cleaners left behind. Otherwise, the flat was very clean. Booking and check in was strange because the owners sent us links for payments on a different platform, not VRBO, which seems risky and sus. In addition to the full payment that I made when I booked, I was sent another payment link (again through a third party site) right before check-in for the deposit, instead of taking care of it all at once. The third party payment sites were glitchy and inconvenient, especially since I had to buy a data plan for my phone so that I could make the deposit payment before we could check in. I would have preferred taking care of everything well ahead of time through the VRBO platform, not via a sketchy link while traveling abroad.
