Two sleeping areas on the mezzanine, each fitted with a double bed. These areas are open-plan and do not have doors.

A bathroom fitted with a shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Thanks to its very central location, the property is an excellent base from which to explore Paris on foot. Montorgueil, Étienne Marcel, Le Sentier, Châtelet, Beaubourg and the Marais are all within easy reach.

The flat enjoys a particularly central location, between Montorgueil, Étienne Marcel and Le Sentier. This lively area allows you to enjoy Paris to the full, both during the day and in the evening.



Just a few minutes’ walk away, Rue Montorgueil is one of the most popular pedestrian streets in central Paris. It is home to bakeries, food shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous outdoor terraces.



The Sentier district, once known for its textile industry, is now home to many contemporary venues, restaurants, bars and shops. The surrounding area is also renowned for its theatres, performance venues and comedy clubs.



The location makes it easy to walk to many of Paris’s neighbourhoods and landmarks: the Centre Pompidou and Beaubourg, Châtelet, the Marais, the Palais Royal, the Louvre and the banks of the Seine.



You’ll also find everything you need for daily life right on your doorstep: supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, cafés and restaurants.



There are several metro stations in the area, allowing you to reach other parts of the capital and Paris’s main railway stations quickly.
