The Space:

Ideally located near the Opera, this renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers! On the 6th floor with elevator, it offers a comfortable setting for your Parisian stay.



Important: The apartment’s toilet is equipped with a macerator system. Please use it with care and do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse may result in charges deducted from your security deposit, potentially up to the full amount.

A second private restroom is available on the landing, directly opposite the apartment’s front door (to the left when exiting the elevator). The key is included on your keyring.



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: Queen Size bed (160 x 200) with storage and new bedding.

• A living room: double sofa bed, Smart television, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: ideal for enjoying your meals comfortably.

• A laundry area: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

• A modern bathroom: shower, bathtub, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• Toilets: separate and located on the landing (private outdoor toilets).

You will be staying in a lively and central district of the 10th arrondissement, in the heart of a historic street where Parisian life is in full swing between cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques, ideal for discovering Paris on foot. Just a few minutes away, you can have an excellent coffee at CAFE SHIN, Yeüz slice & coffee or Café Maison Mariel, and enjoy brasserie dishes or friendly dinners at Cavale or La Ferme, as well as original options like Jah Jah By Le Tricycle for creative vegan cuisine. For a relaxed local atmosphere, the Cour des Petites Écuries district offers lively bars and terraces where Parisians and visitors mingle. For your shopping or snacks, several small grocery stores and local shops are within walking distance.



The Canal Saint‑Martin, famous for its bustling banks, waterfront cafes and picturesque promenades, is easily accessible on foot or in a few minutes by metro, as are the theaters and cinemas of Boulevard Bonne Nouvelle and major stations like Gare de l'Est and République offering fast connections throughout Paris. The accommodation is located in a very lively and touristy area of Paris—ideal for fully enjoying the Parisian atmosphere. There may be some ambient noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Family Services

If you need a baby cot or high chair, please inform us in advance (72 hours’ notice required). These are subject to availability.

Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Late arrivals will only be accepted the following day from 9:30 AM onwards. Additional fees may apply if check-in times are not respected.

Early Check-in: If you wish to check in before 3:00 PM, availability will be confirmed only 24 hours in advance, with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.

Late Check-out: If you wish to check out after the official departure time, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and additional charges of 50% of the nightly rate may apply.



Security Deposit

A €250 deposit is required to access the property.

The deposit must be paid online only via credit card through SWIKLY.

The refund will be processed from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damage is reported.

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Rules

Noise and Neighbors: Please respect the peace of the neighbors. Excessive noise may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Construction Work: Please note that there is ongoing construction work on the street in front of the building for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for these works and will not consider any claims regarding this matter.



Internet Etiquette

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.



Professional Use and Photography

Photoshoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use are strictly prohibited without prior authorization. Please contact us for pricing and specific permissions.



Minimum Age to Book

The minimum age to book is 21 years old.

Guests under 21 years old must be accompanied by an adult who meets the age requirement.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in denied access without refund.
