Property Details:

This 65-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. This property features a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. There is a living room that can be used for eating in or as a space to work from home. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

This charming vacation rental is located in the bustling 1st arrondissement, and is ideal for anyone looking to explore the city by foot. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, Parisian bistros, wine bars and cafes, as well as many boutiques and shops. You are steps from the entrance to the most famous art museum in the world, the Louvre, as well as countless other popular sights. The Palais Royale, with its stunning striped columns is just moments from your front door, as well as the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and Musee de l’Orangerie. The apartment lies on the chic Rue St Honore, full of high-end shops and boutiques, perfect for window-shopping. The gorgeous market street of Rue Montorgueil is 10 minutes from your front door and offers a huge range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stands and more! The Japanese quarter is 5 minutes walk as well, with steaming bowls of ramen available at all hours. The famous Angelina café is 5 minutes walk away, perfect for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!



The nearest metro station, Palais Royal – Musee de Louvre (Lines 1 and 7) provides quick access to many other parts of the city. A quick trip on the Line 1 from the same stop will take you to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe in a matter of minutes. With its close proximity to Chatelet/Les Halles (Lines 1, 4, 7 and 11) as well, reaching other areas of the capital is a breeze! Just hop on the train to reach the Marais, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and more! The Les Halles station also connects to the RER C, making travelling to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports incredibly easy and direct. The RER A also travels from this station, getting you and your family to Disneyland Paris in less than an hour.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
