Welcome to our 22 m² air-conditioned studio apartment, located on the ground floor and laid out as follows for your comfort:



- A bedroom area with a queen-size bed, TV, and Wi-Fi

- A dining area with a table and chairs for two

- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer)

- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet



The cleaning fee includes fresh bed linen and towels for each person, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning company.
