This elegant and comfortable retreat is located right next to Place Vendôme, the Louvre Museum, and the Opéra Garnier. Renovated by a French architect, the apartment harmoniously combines modern comfort with historical charm. With its high ceilings and sophisticated design, the space is filled with natural daylight, providing an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring Paris.
The space
The apartment is located in a building constructed in 1850.

The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining room with seating for 6
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Bathroom (shower and no WC)
- 1 Separate WC

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people, and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor (elevator). You will need to go through the grey door on the left to access the corridor leading to your apartment.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
