This spacious studio is designed to provide all the comfort you need during your stay in Paris.
The main living area features a 140 x 200 cm double bed and a single sofa bed, accommodating up to three guests.
You will also find a dining and workspace with a table and three chairs, as well as ample closet space for your belongings.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and kettle, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.
For your convenience, the apartment also features Wi-Fi and a television.
Facing the courtyard and fitted with shutters and curtains, the studio offers a quiet, pleasant atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work in Paris.
Bed linen and towels are provided so you can travel light.

Located in Paris’s prestigious 16th arrondissement, near Place Victor-Hugo, the property enjoys a prime location in an elegant, quiet, and residential neighborhood.
You will find numerous shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away. The famous Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, and Eiffel Tower are also easily accessible.
The neighborhood offers a pleasant, quintessentially Parisian atmosphere—ideal for enjoying the capital while staying in a peaceful setting.

The Victor Hugo metro station (Line 2) is a roughly 5-minute walk away, offering easy access to the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, and Paris's main districts.
The Boissière station (Line 6) is also just a short walk away, providing quick access to the Trocadéro, the Eiffel Tower, and Montparnasse.

Keys can be picked up at a shop located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The shop closes at 11:00 PM.

For any arrival before 4:00 PM or departure after 10:00 AM, a surcharge of €10 per hour applies, subject to availability.
