Charming 26m2 studio + 7m2 mezzanine where the main bed is. Loft stairs not suitable for all guests.


Located right in the middle of the world famous Latin Quarter dining and entertainment area of the Left Bank. The street is very lively so some noise is to be expected. Please take this into consideration before booking.

The apartment is completely renovated and designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

Renovated and stylishly decorated with a touch of Modern French Sophistication, this apartment is what you have been looking for.


Loft Latin offers large floor to cieling windows and abundant light that you can enjoy from the mezzanine or the couch with your coffee and sightseeing book.


The loft/mezzanine area is reached by stairs, and offers a large and comfortable queen-sized bed (140cm).  The loft area also features some shelving for your items.


LOFT HEIGHT: Please note that the loft area allows you to sit on the bed, but not stand up.


The sofa in the main living area is a very comfortable, with a queen size (140cm) sofa-bed that fit 2 people, of high quality and can be used as the main bed if you do not wish to use the loft.


Full linens are provided for both beds.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is newly renovated with high-end fittings and features a fridge/freezer, stovetop, microwave/oven, laundry machine (no dryer), and modern counters and cabinets. All kitchen equipment is provided.


There is a fold-up dining table.

BATHROOM:

The renovated bathroom includes a shower, toilet, Towels, Towel Warmer, ToiletPaper, Hairdryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Shower Gel.


TELECOMMUNICATION:

The apartment features a high-speed internet connection (Wifi) and an internet-enabled TV.

The TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital radio instead, sip some wine and nibble some fromage; now that's  much better !

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on 3rd floor (European, which is 4th floor in US) . There are three flights of stairs to walk up to access it.

The Neighborhood:
Rue de la Huchette is a bustling and lively street central to Paris' Latin Quarter. This cobblestone street is brimming with an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, drawing in locals and tourists alike. Known for its bohemian ambiance, it's a popular spot for enjoying live music, sampling international cuisine, and soaking in the lively street performances that add to its energetic vibe. With its narrow lanes and eclectic mix of eateries and entertainment, Rue de la Huchette is a real cultural center of the city as well as being a popular nightlife hotspot.

Other Things to Note:
Rue de la Huchette is a very lively area, both day and night. The apartment stays almost surprisingly quiet with the windows closed, but please note that when they are open you will hear the noise from the street below.
