The Space:

Welcome to a hidden gem in the 1st arrondissement, situated on one of Paris’s prettiest hidden squares. Recently completed and designed with meticulous attention to detail, this spacious flat combines contemporary elegance with the Parisian art of living, ensuring a stay that is both refined and relaxing.



🛏️ Two bedrooms, complete privacy

Each bedroom features a large queen-size bed and its own private bathroom. The first opens onto a shower room with a washbasin (no toilet). The second stands out for its elegant bathtub, integrated directly into the bedroom without a partition: a design choice combining style and comfort, conceived as a centrepiece for relaxing in a cosy atmosphere. It also has its own washbasin (no toilet).



🛋️ A living room for spending time together

The spacious, bright and cosy living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a Smart TV and a dining area for six guests. A generous space, designed for sharing, dining and relaxing together.



🍽️ A separate, fully equipped kitchen

Self-contained and practical, the kitchen allows you to cook to your heart’s content: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Everything is ready for your home-cooked breakfasts and dinners with loved ones.



🛁 Extra comfort

For everyday life with six people, the flat features a third full bathroom, with a shower and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet – a real luxury for a property of this size. A washer-dryer completes the package for longer stays.

We’ll welcome you in person when you arrive: a member of our team will meet you, hand over the keys, show you round the flat and share their top tips for the neighbourhood. A bespoke welcome, befitting the venue, to make you feel at home from the very first moment. You’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, a lift, bed linen and towels provided for every guest, and a professional cleaning service. A cot is available on request, and we’re available to assist you at any time during your stay.

Your apartment overlooks Place de Valois, the setting of the "Savoir" agency, later "Grateau" in the Netflix series, and one of the most recognizable on-screen addresses in Paris. Filming still takes place here regularly. Downstairs, Bistrot Valois and the art galleries give the square its quietly chic character.

You're in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, where Paris is at its most majestic. The Palais Royal, its Buren columns and secret gardens are just steps away. The Louvre and the Tuileries Garden are a 5-minute walk, while the Comédie-Française, the stunning Galerie Vivienne and the designer boutiques of Place des Victoires are two minutes away.



🛍️ Elegance and strolling

Place Vendôme and its jewelers, the Opéra Garnier and the grand department stores are a 10–15-minute walk. All around, characterful cafés, fine-dining restaurants and hidden gems make for a truly Parisian everyday life.

Superbly connected (Palais Royal–Musée du Louvre and Bourse metro stations), the area puts the Musée d'Orsay, the Pompidou Centre, Notre-Dame and Île de la Cité within fifteen minutes, and the Champs-Élysées and Eiffel Tower under 20 minutes by metro. A central base to explore with ease.
