• Bedroom 2 : 1 Bunk Bed for 2

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining Room: For 6 guests

• Bathroom 1 : Ensuite to Bedroom 1 shower , hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

• Bathroom 2 : Ensuite to Bedroom 2 bath/shower and toilets, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

Bus: Miromesnil – Faubourg Saint-Honoré (Lines 28, 32, 80) 2 mins walk



Other Things to Note:

Booking requirements:

• No security deposit required

• The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

• The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

• Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

• No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

• No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

• Lost keys incur a fee of €150
