Where to begin? First, the listing said it had parking on site, which is why we booked it. It turned out not to have parking.
When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the smell of mold, which can be found in every nook and cranny of the place along with dirt and grime. The smell has permeated the blankets, pillows and couch, all of which had not been cleaned. We purchased air fresheners and sprays, but they were no help.
In the one and only bathroom (the listing said there were two), the shower head was missing, so we were only able to use the hose attachment.
The property manager did offer to let us cancel the reservation after we initially contacted them. We did not take them up on it because we didn’t want to try to find another place at the last minute. Looking back on it, I wish we had because we ended up leaving a day early.
