Located on the ground floor, the accommodation comprises :

The flat is ideally located at the foot of metro line 12, which runs through the whole of Paris, including Montmartre, Gare Saint-Lazare (just 10 minutes away), the department stores, Madeleine, Concorde and many more.

A multitude of transport links are available: line 2 and Gare du Nord are just a 7-minute walk away, and line 4 is just 5 minutes away.

There are also bus stops right outside the flat, giving direct access to Gare du Nord (and CDG airport) in just 4 minutes.
A stone's throw from the Marché de l'Olive and a 10-minute walk from the Canal de l'Ourcq. All the shops you need are in the immediate vicinity, just a 30-second walk away: banks, chemists, supermarkets, post office, bars, restaurants, covered market, bakery, etc.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
