The spacious living room provides an inviting place to relax, while the dining area comfortably seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home and enjoy them together in the elegant dining space.

The apartment features three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king-size bed, while Bedroom 3 features a comfortable double bed.

There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

With a generous surface area of 88.8 m² (947 ft²), the apartment can accommodate up to six guests.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with premium 5-star bedding, bed and bath linen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, washer and dryer, hair dryer, safe, and complimentary toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooking plates, combined microwave oven, and a selection of pans and cooking utensils. A baby bed and high chair can also be provided upon request.

The keys are collected from a secure key box inside the building, with the access code provided before your arrival.

Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Access is via stairs.

Parking is conveniently available nearby, with several paid options including secure indoor parking and outdoor spaces. Street access is convenient, and taxis can drop guests directly in front of the building.

We kindly ask guests to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition in which it was provided. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply in case of damage or non-compliance with the house rules.

For the comfort of our neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and music is not permitted during these hours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building. Only registered guests who have provided identification are permitted to access the property. Events and professional or commercial photo shoots are not permitted, as the apartment is intended exclusively for residential stays.

Valid identity documents are required for all adult guests. The apartment is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure.
