The Space:

Welcome to this charming 26 m² studio apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue Émile Deschanel in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



The studio is furnished with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The kitchenette is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Avenue Émile Deschanel runs along the southern edge of the Champ-de-Mars, placing this apartment in one of the most spectacular locations in Paris. The Eiffel Tower is visible just steps away, and the long green stretch of the Champ-de-Mars is on the doorstep, perfect for an early morning walk or an evening picnic with the tower lit up overhead.

The neighbourhood is the 7th arrondissement at its most elegant. Rue Cler, one of Paris's finest market streets, is a short walk away, with daily stalls selling cheese, charcuterie, fresh produce and wine. The Musée d'Orsay and Les Invalides are both reachable on foot in under fifteen minutes, as is the Left Bank riverbank with its bouquinistes and cafés.

For transport, École Militaire (line 8) is the closest metro station, connecting to Invalides, Opéra and beyond. RER C also stops at Champ-de-Mars, useful for reaching Versailles and other destinations along the river.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
