Enjoy a comfortable stay in this suite located in a charming hotel in the heart of the Marais district. Sandrine HAYAT, a renowned painter and interior designer, has decorated the entire studio. She designed every m2, from materials to fabrics. Sandrine invested the building with works of art in every room, imposing her unique style. A veritable art gallery to contemplate.

Main room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom with all necessary amenities.

Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 16 m² (172 sq ft), the studio is ideal for one person, or for two on a short stay. Once the sofa bed is unfolded, there is very little floor space to move around or open a suitcase, and guests staying several nights with large suitcases will feel cramped.
* The studio is on the 4th floor with no lift. The climb is tiring with luggage and can be difficult for older guests, people with reduced mobility or families with young children.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, in a quiet area close to restaurants and shops, in an air-conditioned studio decorated by artist and interior designer Sandrine Hayat, with a well-equipped kitchen.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.

Parking: Several pay parking lots are available close to the studio for parking your vehicle.
