⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The main windows look onto a covered shopping passage with a glass roof, facing shops very close by: you need to draw the curtains for privacy, shop activity can be heard from the morning, and there is little fresh air.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. Under the glass roof it is hard to keep cool in summer: during heatwaves it can get very hot, including at night, and guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 50 m² (538 sq ft) in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, on a street that is quiet at night, less than a 5-minute walk from Réaumur – Sébastopol, Sentier and Strasbourg – Saint-Denis metro stations, with a separate bedroom with a walk-in closet, an equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
