Located on the ground floor of a secure building, this suite has been designed to offer a practical and comfortable setting.

The living area provides a welcoming space, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a television. It’s a pleasant place to relax after a day in Paris or to spend time together with others.

The open kitchen, designed for everyday use, is equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals in the comfort of your home.

The sleeping area includes two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, offering peace and privacy to every guest.

The apartment features a modern bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer—a real plus for a group stay.

For your comfort, the apartment provides Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linens and towels. A portable air conditioner is also available during periods of extreme heat.

Please note that construction work is currently underway in the building and may cause noise disturbances during the day.

* The apartment is on the ground floor and its windows face the inside of the building, not the street. The rooms get little natural light and look darker than in the photos. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Strasbourg-Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9), Arts-et-Métiers (lines 3 and 11) and République metro stations, in a quiet setting away from the street, in a 65 m² (700 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms with a double bed, a shower room, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Access to the accommodation is self-guided thanks to a detailed arrival guide, available at any time.

If you arrive after 11 p.m., it is important to follow the instructions carefully to ensure smooth entry. No assistance can be provided outside the hours indicated.

Located on Rue Notre-Dame de Nazareth, in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, the apartment is in the lively and central Arts-et-Métiers neighborhood. This iconic area charms visitors with its neighborhood atmosphere, Parisian energy, and ideal location for exploring the capital on foot.

A few minutes' walk away, you can easily reach must-see places such as Place de la République, the lively Montorgueil district renowned for its restaurants and shops, the Centre Pompidou, and the charming narrow streets of the Haut-Marais.
