Large, spacious, practical and comfortable apartment, with tasteful decoration, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is composed of a large equipped kitchen, a dining area and a generous living room on the ground floor. These spaces are air-conditioned.
Upstairs, it has 3 double bedrooms, with storage, a relaxation/reading area and a bathroom.
FOR BOOKINGS OF UP TO 6 PERSONS INCLUDED, an additional fee of €20 will be charged for the supply of sheets for the sofa bed.

ungewohnter Einstieg

Es war schön mit kleinen Problemen. Die Eingangstür (Rolladen aus Metall) war gewöhnungsbedürftig und ließ sich nur schwer schließen. Ein Sprungrahmen war kaputt. Ein defekter Fön neben einem neuen Fön hat uns irritiert. Empfehlenswert für eine größere Gruppe, der es nichts ausmacht, eine Toilette zu teilen.

Pfingstferien in Paris

insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Zentral gelegen. Insgesamt gepflegte, schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz. Kleinreparaturen könnten gemacht werden. Kleiner Nachteil ist die Rettungswache am Ende der Strasse (Nachts Sirenen).

Overall great experience. Communication was good with property owner. Apt was spacious for a family of 6. We opted for the car service from and to the airport which was exceptional but additional, it was so worth it though. Metro was close and easily accessible. The restaurants and markets near by were a plus.

Everything was great ! The apartment was just fine for 7 guest taking into account that you will be out of the apartment the most part of the day since the only probable disadvantage is that there is only one toilet .

Overall this was a nice place. Plenty of room and close to the metro. It was about a 30 min subway ride to the Eiffel tower and the Louvre. The unit was clean. Host required we met them in person at checkin which was a little hassle after a long flight but they wanted to show us how to lock up when we left which was understandable. All the bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs, and the only minisplit AC is downstairs so it was pretty warm at night. There were plug in fans but it didnt help much. It would probably be fine if it wasnt July. Also its on a very busy noisy street. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location. Great host.

Clean and well equipped. Fairly big space. Very close to the metro (less than 2 min walk to station). Close enough to major sites via metro, yet in a neighbourhood where people actually live. Area is beautiful, and close to great food. Would happily stay again. Host was wonderful, and allowed us to drop off our bags a little early. Would recommend.

Grand appartement, bel emplacement

Notre séjour à Paris était très confortable. Trois très grandes chambres avec rangement pour défaire les valises, et grande salle de bain. La communication avec Vincent était très rapide, et il a été accomodant. L'emplacement est très bien, à 1 minute du métro, près des épiceries, boulangeries et restaurants. Juste à côté du parc de la villette et du canal sait-martin. Parfait pour une famille aved des enfants!

Wonderful family apartment for spring break

We live in the United States and booked this apartment based on the description provided. Our hosts were outstanding with their communication and they had someone meet us at the apartment on our day of arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. We had no issues with the apartment or any of the amenities. The location felt very safe and it was just a 1 minute walk from the subway. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. We loved walking along the canal and we also enjoyed the nearby science museum. We would highly recommend this apartment for a family traveling to Paris.

Great location

The apartment is lovely and great for our family of 6 adults. Access to the metro is a one minute walk and from there it is easy to reach a wide variety of destinations. Numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance and getting fresh croissants from the local bakery in the morning is a real treat. A small issue with the apartment was dealt with quickly and communications with the owner were always helpful. Overall, a great long weekend - thank you.

Spacious and Convenient Location

The apartment has high utility value, with great space for a group and very convenient to bakeries, coffee shops, groceries and (most important) a Metro (subway) stop. For 5 of us the space was great, providing plenty of room to spread out and not be in each other's way. We greatly enjoyed being able to go across the street each morning for fresh pastries and coffee. If I were to plan another long visit to Paris, I will seriously consider staying at this apartment. Clean and Convenient

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient place to hang your hat after traversing the streets of Paris, this is a great choice. Centrally located in a lively, highly diverse neighborhood, there are plenty of great restaurants and great places to take a stroll. Just steps away from the Metro, you can also be anywhere in Paris within a half hour. This by no means is a luxurious place - the decor is pretty basic and minimalist (think IKEA) - but it’s sufficient for what it is. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive.
