The Space:
Comfortable one-bedroom apartment with balcony for 4 guests. The apartment is very quiet due to its location in a passageway shopping arcade this is in contrast to the Champs Elysees just below -renowned for its luxury boutiques, theaters, and cafes, offering a grand boulevard experience with its historic landmarks and vibrant atmosphere.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed for 2 guests. 

LIVING ROOM:
Offers a dining table, sofa with internet enabled television and balcony. The sofa is a foldout sofa-bed that can comfortably sleep two people.

BATHROOM:

Your bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. We provide towels and hairdryer, as well as shampoo, body soap, and conditioner.

KITCHEN:

The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a kettle and coffee maker. We provide some basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar and spices as well as tea, coffee, and sugar. We also provide tablets for the dishwasher, dish soap and basic cleaning supplies. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. No dryer, but we do provide a drying rack.

TELECOMMUNICATION:

The apartment features a high-speed internet connection (Wifi), an internet-enabled TV, DVD player, digital radio, and telephone with FREE long-distance calls to over 70 countries.

The TV in the living area will let you see what's going on in the world with hundreds of channels in many languages and CNN and BBC in English. But remember, you didn't come to Paris to care about what's going on in the world. So set it to some digital radio instead, sip some wine and nibble some fromage; now that's  much better !
