Charming apartment, warm, modern and fully equipped located in the heart of the Marais district. Tastefully decorated, this apartment will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life. My accommodation is ideal for a successful stay as a couple or with family.



The Space:

Sublime and new 44m2 apartment completely renovated in March 2024, which includes:

- Living room with convertible sofa

- 1 table with chairs

- Smart TV/wifi

- A fully equipped American kitchen (hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine)

- 1 bedroom with double bed, television and wardrobe

- 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine-dryer

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

The Neighborhood:

Very nice apartment on rue Oberkampf located on the ground floor, a very shopping street and known for its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Close to rue de Bretagne, it is a very lively area with the red children's market just a few steps away. There is the famous Ladurée patisserie and other renowned pastry chefs a few meters away.

Between the famous Marais district and Place de la République, you will have the opportunity in a few minutes on foot to discover two very different Parisian atmospheres.

You won't know which to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous national Picasso museum.

You will find a large Carrefour supermarket (rue Amelot, 1 minute walk).

You will be very close to the Famous Bataclan, a superb performance hall

- Bistrot des Vosges (31 Boulevard Beaumarchais)

- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple).



For brunch:

- The 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers)

- Louvre Museum (1.7km)...



I also advise you to take a walk towards Rue de Bretagne which is full of typically Parisian bars and small traders.



My apartment is very well served by public transport, which can take you with great ease to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Cœur or the Arc de Triomphe.
