Apartment of 90m ² for 6 people located in front of the park of Belleville. You will enjoy the typical Parisian life in a quiet, bright and spacious apartment!

Minimalist apartment of 90m² with BALCONIES for 6 people located on the 2nd floor with elevator.
You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris, rest between two walks and make your meals.

The kitchen is open and gives onto the living room. It is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to cook like in your own home: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, kettle, pans, pots and pans and everything else you might need.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people to enjoy your meals together. The sofa is not convertible.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds perfect for large groups.
Clean bedding for the beds (depending on your needs) and a large towel per person will be provided.
Two rooms have a double bed of 120*200cm with balcony.
The other one has a 140*200 bed with balcony shared with the living room.

The bathroom is modern with a bathtub/shower. The toilet is integrated in the bathroom as well as the washing machine.
In the bathroom you will find everything you need for a pleasant toilet (hair dryer...).

Be careful we have 100 liters, need to share the water before it heat again !

An iron is at your disposal as well.

You can use the wifi network.

The apartment is located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, in front of the Belleville park, ideal for a walk in all seasons. It is close to the subway allowing to reach all Paris easily.

You have many restaurants, bars and cafes, but also supermarkets nearby (Franprix, Naturalia) to do all your groceries and prepare you good little dishes as at home.

You also have the Belleville street market every Tuesday and Friday.

Subway: Couronnes line 2 at 2 minutes walk / Belleville line 11, 8 minutes walk
Bus: Couronne line 96 at 4 minutes walk
