„Zimmer zu klein“

„Extremely disappointing experience at The Bethel Inn Resort. We arrived after midnight with our son, only to encounter an unhelpful front desk employee who couldn’t answer basic questions about our accommodations and admitted he had never been inside the guest rooms. Our first room had such an offensive odor that we couldn’t stay in it. We were moved to a second room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but had no heat. I quickly realized the thermostat needed batteries. The front desk employee ...

„We put our son up for the night because there was a fire in his apartment building and we live out of the country. He said the room was great! My only concern was that they needed cc on file and he doesn’t have one, they wouldn’t take mine over the phone. Anyway we were able to use his PayPal account, thankfully!“

„Last minute stay, great experience. Loved the employee of the year!“

„No staff on sight Room, dirty Breakfast...lousy. Not even fresh coffee“

„We weren‘t able to reach the hotel. Staff was not able to refund our money. Would not recommend the place.“

„Well cared for Victorian Inn. Very comfortable rooms, each with a slightly Bohemian flair to the antique furnishings. Off street parking, close to amenities. Host was fabulous- friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. Will return“
