The outdoor area is well-maintained, and the two pools are very nice. One is a warm thermal pool, and the other is perfect for warm days. The view of the mountains is also very pleasing. You won’t get less or more than what you already see online, so everything was as expected. For those who seek “premium” for what they charge, skip it. If you seek an authentic italian old vibe, it’s great. Staff is friendly, helpful and communicative. They have a lovely cat waiting to greet you. The balconies on the east side have an oustanding view.“
