„Cleanliness was not up to expectations. The bathroom was ok but after housekeeping came in the second day, the carpet still had the same dirt on and the window sill sported a thick layer of dust. This hotel is pet-friendly, floor 2 absolutely reeked of ‚wet dog‘. We were on the 4th floor, I just noticed the smell on the 2nd when I used the guest laundry. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also when the guest washer broke down. Breakfast was very good, lots of warm and cold items to choose ...

„I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap “
